About me

Jane Giambrone RN, CDE, CPCC has positively impacted thousands of people through her training, life coaching, consulting and speaking. She has inspired transformational change in her clients.

She has been a Registered Nurse for over 25 years and has worked in the hospital in areas of Medical/Surgical and Emergency. In addition, for over 20 years, she has been a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) with experience as a Diabetes Specialty Nurse in- hospital, out-patient clinic, and community home care.

Jane has taught ADA recognized Managing Diabetes classes for years. She is a member of the Rochester Area Diabetes Educators (RADE) and the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE).
